You contract with us and we will take care of the employee administration.

Recruitment and contracting managed by us

You define your recruitment skills and experience criteria and we’ll conduct the employee search and interviews.

We’ll provide you with a shortlist of suitable candidates you can choose to final interview yourself if required.

If your employee does not work out, we’ll recruit another replacement free of charge.

Employee setup and administration

Once you have chosen your new team member/s we provide the employment contract to your new employee/s including our standard terms and notice periods.

We manage payroll ensuring your employees are paid on time.

We manage all employee administration including payment of expenses.

You receive an invoice from us monthly for our fixed administration charge.

You keep control of training and development

Your team is custom built specific to your requirements so you retain control over the training and development of your team.

You are in charge of providing a firm induction to your new employees so they are aligned with your vision and values.

You have the freedom to:

• Determine your own employee policies (or use our standard policies)
• Promote team members who are performing strongly
• Provide pay increases where required
